Designation of Origin: Vinho Regional Lisboa Leve
Varieties: Moscatel Graúdo
Production: Our Moscatel vineyard is planted in clay-limestone soils from the Jurassic period. Northwest exposure to the sun and commitment to viticulture produce high quality grapes. The average yield of this plot is 75hl/ha.
Vinification: Manual harvesting of grapes in excellent condition, at the end of August 2019, in 20Kg boxes and quickly transported to the cellar in order to preserve the quality of the grapes. Total destemming, soft pressing of the whole berries and static cold decanting. Fermented in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature. After the "sur lie" stage, wine-respectful gluing and filtration followed.
Color: Citrine yellow
Aroma: It has rich aromas of orange blossom, citrus peel and fresh exotic fruit.
Taste: In the mouth, the sensation evidenced in the nose continues, with a good balance between fruit, acidity and freshness. Fresh and elegant.

Cellar conservation: Store in a horizontal position, away from direct light in a cool and humid place.
Expected longevity: 3 years
Consumption suggestions: It should be consumed in appropriate glasses at a temperature of 8-10ºC. Serve as an aperitif or with salads, seafood or sushi.
