Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Alicante Bouschet
Production: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Alicante Bouschet come from vines planted more than 15 years ago. They are found on a gentle slope of clay-limestone soils from the Jurassic period. Sun exposure to the southwest and the dedication to viticulture produce high quality grapes. The average yield of this plot is 60hl/ha.
Vinification: Mechanical harvest, by variety, carried out in early October 2019. Immediate transport of the grapes to the cellar in an inert atmosphere, to preserve their freshness and all their potential. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control (26ºC) with slight post-fermentation fermentation.
Ageing: After natural stabilization, the wine was finely filtered and finely filtered to preserve all its potential. Bottled in April 2021.
Colour: Garnet ruby with concentration and shine.
Aroma: Intense nose of red fruits and truffle.
Taste: In the mouth it enters smooth, revealing structure and balance, denoting character and persistence.

Cellar conservation: Store in a horizontal position, away from direct light in a cool and humid place.
