VINTAGE
This wine was produced with grapes from noble varieties that come exclusively from our vineyards.
After strict control of the maturation of the grapes in the vineyard, the date of the harvest of each of the varieties was decided, which were then harvested by hand and transported to the cellar, in small boxes of 12-14Kg.
VINIFICATION
After strict maturation control, the harvest date was decided for each of the varieties, which, after being harvested by hand, underwent a slight skin maceration before pressing. After decanting the must, alcoholic fermentation began in stainless steel vats, using the “open spout” technique.
